“90 Day Fiance” star Jon Walters wows fans with his stunning weight loss transformation. The ex-husband of Rachel Bear looks unrecognizable after shedding some pounds, which he proudly shows off on social media.

In an Instagram post, Walters shared a before-and-after video of himself showing the impressive progress of his weight loss journey. The former TLC star transformed his physique from a hanging belly to more defined abs and biceps. He wrote:

A year ago I was at my lowest point, fat, feeling worthless and like a disgusting failure. @joshbrayy8 is a online coach who saw I was struggling with life told me if I was ready to change he could get me back to where I want to be.

Along with his major weight loss, Walters seems to embrace a fresh start following his divorce from Bear. The “90 Day Fiance” alum made it clear that he has moved on from the drama.

Walters even wiped his Instagram account clean, leaving only posts related to his major transformation. It seems the reality star is determined to put the past behind as he begins a new chapter in his life.

The “90 Day Fiance” star also gushed at his new girlfriend, whom he described as someone “who is just good to her core.”

I was also fortunate to have met someone who is just good to her core and she showed kindness when I hated myself, loved me when I felt unworthy and made my heart whole again, this relationship will be kept private and off social media.

While Walters appreciates his fans’ support over the years, he points out it’s time to turn the page and move on. He also declares that he will no longer speak about “90 Day Fiance” or his past relationship with Bear.

What Happened to Jon and Rachel?

In March 2025, Bear announced that her divorce from Walters had been finalized almost a year after their split. The “90 Day Fiance” star revealed that she proceeded with the divorce without him after he failed to respond and sign the paperwork.
In a TikTok video, Bear said she’s officially back to her maiden name, adding that she’s “Single as a Pringle and happier than ever.”

Meanwhile, Walters claimed he only found out about his divorce online after a follower sent him Bear’s video. At the time, he said:

It was just super sad seeing her so snarky and bitter toward me and it included a vague warning to my new girlfriend which was unnecessary. I wish her nothing but the best and I hope she finds someone as wonderful as I have.
