‘7 Little Johnstons’ Stars Get Engaged

Elizabeth Johnston and Brice Bolden are ready to take the next big step in their relationship.

The “7 Little Johnstons” fan-favorite couple delighted their followers when they announced their engagement on Monday, May 26.

Bolden surprised his future wife with a romantic day out at the beach with their daughter, Leighton. Amber, Trent, and Emma Johnston were also present to witness the big moment.

Liz took to Instagram and shared some photos from the beachside proposal. One photo showed the bride-to-be beaming while showing off her engagement ring.

Another shot showed Liz and Brice smiling with their one-year-old daughter. “Leighton’s face says it all,” the “7 Little Johnstons” star captioned the post.

Johnstons Family Celebrate Couple’s Engagement

Amber and Trent Johnston appeared genuinely impressed by their future son-in-law’s heartfelt proposal. On the official 7 Little Johnstons Instagram page, the proud parents gushed over the “perfect moment,” sharing their excitement for Elizabeth and Brice’s next chapter.

“On the beach with the Blue Angels flying overhead, he asked, and she said YES!” Amber captioned a photo of the trio. “It was the perfect moment with little Leighty-Bug by their side.”

Liz’s younger sister, Emma Johnston, also shared her excitement about the couple’s engagement. In an Instagram post, Emma hinted that she had known about the proposal beforehand.

“Sis got engaged,” she captioned a photo of Elizabeth’s ring. “Congrats Liz and my future brother-in-law!!! Best surprise to EVER hold in. Can’t wait to get this wedding started.”

Meanwhile, noticeably absent from all the engagement excitement was Elizabeth’s sister, Anna Johnston. The “7 Little Johnstons” star has been missing from several recent family events, fueling ongoing speculation about a rift within the Johnstons household.

Elizabeth & Brice’s Relationship Stronger Than Ever

With a wedding on the way and an adorable baby girl, Brice and Elizabeth’s relationship is stronger than ever. In May 2024, Liz admitted that things have been a lot better for her and Brice.

The “7 Little Johnstons” star credited their daughter Leighton, adding that she has brought them “closer together.” Liz told Access Hollywood:

It has definitely put our perspective on what life is like when you bring in another individual into the world. Him and I, we matter in a way but I’ve always put it in (Brice’s) mindset that Leighton is number one.”

So far, Elizabeth and Brice have yet to reveal details of their upcoming wedding. Fans will have to wait and see if it’ll be featured in future “7 Little Johnstons” episodes.
