On May 31, 2025, airport officials at Berry Field Nashville airport (BNA) posted video footage of David, 34, who was waiting to board his flight. As he stood at the gate, he pulled out his acoustic guitar to perform a mini-concert for his fellow passengers.

The airport’s social media team captioned the post, “What happens when The Voice Season 27 winner @adamdavidofficial is flying out of BNA? A live performance at the gate, of course! Huge thanks to @spiritairlines for making this unforgettable moment happen. Just another day of live music at BNA!”

Adam David Reunited With ‘The Voice’ Alums & Performed at ‘Sober Sessions’

David, who’s a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was in Nashville to perform at the Recovery Unplugged “Sober Sessions” on May 30 alongside Struggle Jennings and “American Idol” season 20 winner Noah Thompson.

David, 34, previously sought help from the organization’s branch in Fort Lauderdale and celebrated six years of sobriety in March, he told Nashville’s News Channel 5, explaining, “Getting clean wasn’t easy,” he added. “I went through everything. Detox. I did the full program down there. I wanted to give myself the chance to be successful, and I didn’t want to have to go through it again.”

While in Nashville, he also got to reunite and jam with some of his fellow contestants on season 27 of “The Voice,” including Zack Zaro, Tatum Scott, Page Mackenzie, and his fellow Team Bublé member Carlos Santiago.

In a post about their reunion, Santiago wrote, “Just a couple of #bublébros reunited in Nashville! After our knockouts, I told Adam, ‘you better win…’ and he did. Super proud of you bro. This is only the beginning and I pray God blesses you and keeps you on this journey you’re embarking on. I’ll be cheering you on the whole way! Thank you @michaelbuble for coaching us and for leading him straight to the finish line!”
