Michael Bublé Sports Reba Socks on First Day Back at ‘The Voice’

Michael Bublé is putting his best foot forward for Season 28 of “The Voice” — literally.

Michael Bublé Rocks Reba-Inspired Socks on ‘The Voice’ Set

The 49-year-old singer kicked off the new season by showing off his Reba McEntire-themed socks while seated in the show’s signature red chair. A behind-the-scenes clip posted by the show captured Bublé pulling up his pant leg to reveal the unique accessory.

“These are the finest socks ever,” he joked. “Look at how beautiful [they are]. They’re smiling at me.”

He even broke into a playful southern drawl, adding, “Hey, Mike, I’m gonna beat you,” imitating McEntire’s voice.

The upcoming season of the NBC competition show features the return of coaches Niall Horan, Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire, and Michael Bublé, and fans took to the comments to share their enthusiasm.

One user wrote, “So happy to see my beautiful judges again!” Another added, “So excited to see them all back. Reba, Snoop, Michael, and Niall are a great group of coaches!”

Season 28 Brings Back Familiar Faces & New Banter

The coaches are clearly excited to be back. Snoop Dogg, 53, said, “My ears are anxious to hear and feel what they have to bring on ‘The Voice’ season 28.”

Niall Horan echoed the sentiment, sharing, “I can’t believe I get to do this again.”

McEntire, 70, who joined full-time in Season 24 after several guest stints, chimed in from her red chair: “I get to tell them what to do, like a big sister.”

Bublé is returning after a win in Season 27, where he coached singer-songwriter Adam David to victory. It marked Bublé’s second consecutive season as a full-time coach, following earlier guest appearances dating back to Season 3.

McEntire sat out Season 27 but returns after guiding teams in Seasons 24 through 26. Horan previously coached in Seasons 23 and 24. Snoop Dogg joined the panel in Season 26.

What to Expect From Season 28

According to NBC, Season 28 premieres with a two-hour episode on Monday, September 22, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. New episodes will air Mondays and Tuesdays, with next-day streaming available on Peacock.

Viewers can look forward to the usual mix of blind auditions, knockouts, and emotional live shows. As always, only one artist will be crowned champion — and with this season’s dynamic panel, the competition is expected to be fierce.

“The Voice” airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. New episodes also stream the next day on Peacock.
