Kelsea Ballerini has shown again and again that she loves her fans. When one fan asked for an autograph in a unique place, “The Voice” coach first confirmed to make sure it was what they wanted and then happily gave them her signature.
Kelsea Ballerini Autographs a Body Part
In a March 2025 TikTok video, Ballerini was presented with a fan’s prosthetic leg and asked for her autograph. The singer asked, “Are you sure?” as the leg was passed to her by fans standing above her.
“I’m positive! Oh my god, I’m positive,” they responded.
Ballerini asked, “Where do you want me to do it?” and the fan gave her the go-ahead to sign anywhere.
After returning it with her autograph near the bottom, the fan told her, “I love you.” Then they posed together with the signed item.
“Kelsea Ballerini you are the SWEETEST!!! Thank you for signing my prosthetic!!,” the fan wrote in the video caption. “You made mine & my sisters’ nights … WE LOVE YOU!!! 🫶🏼🧳👑”
Fans loved the sweet exchange with the country star. “Imagine telling people ‘Kelsea Ballerini signed my leg’ … iconic,” one fan commented. Another noted, “We made the right person famous ❤️.”
“As an amputee who is also a Kelsea fan, love love love this!!!!!” one person wrote.
Others said they were nearby when this all happened, with comments including, “OMG, THIS IS EVERYTHING!!! I saw this happen 😂” and “Aww I was right next to you when this happened! What a special moment!!!💕”

Ballerini Apologized for Canceled Las Vegas Concert
“The Voice” coach is in the final leg of her tour, which is set to end in early April 2025. Ballerini had to cancel her March 28 Las Vegas concert date and never provided an explanation, but did offer an apology.
Fans hit up the singer’s social media posts, hoping for an answer about why she canceled.
On March 14, Ballerini took to Instagram to share a look at her Seattle concert. “Big lunar eclipse in virgo energy. Seattle thank you for kicking off the second leg of tour with us and letting me ramble about how the blood moon had me feeling chaotic,” she wrote in the caption.
One fan commented, “Why did we get Vegas cancelled? I’m literally so sad.”
Ballerini responded, “I’m so sorry, I really am. I’m doing my best out here, I promise.”
