Ticket Holders Received Message About Kelsea Ballerini’s Canceled Las Vegas Concert

On March 10, fans who had purchased tickets to Ballerini’s March 28 Las Vegas concert were notified that the show had been canceled.

The message from the venue only explained:

“The Kelsea Ballerini event at T-Mobile Arena on Friday, March 28, 2025 has been cancelled. If you purchased your tickets via AXS online or by phone, a refund will automatically be issued to the credit card you used to purchase within 30 business days. Otherwise, refunds are available at your original point of purchase.”

Ballerini’s Fans Want to Know Why the Concert Was Canceled

Fans hoping for an explanation from the country singer are waiting for answers. In February, Ballerini took to social media to explain that she had to reschedule concerts due to illness, so her followers assumed she would give an update.

In a Reddit discussion about the canceled show, the fan who posted a screenshot of the notification noted, “So bummed, my sister and I bought tickets back in October, booked flights & just picked out outfits. Cancellation email came through a few moments ago.”

One fan asked, “Do we know why?” A common answer is that the show was scrapped because of ticket sales. “People are speculating low ticket sales,” one person noted.

Another added, “This is strange because I thought that she was selling out most of the concerts.”

A fan responded, “Not on the west coast,” with another confirming, “The Seattle show isn’t even close to sold out sadly.”

Another Reddit discussion had fans hoping that Ballerini would address the canceled concert soon.

“I agree that an acknowledgement would be great, but I don’t think people are going to get the explanation they want. No one ever says “the show is cancelled due to low ticket sales”, even though plenty of artists have had to do this,” one fan pointed out. “It’ll be a ‘due to unforeseen circumstances.'”

Others shared their hope that she will address the cancellation, but may not be able to just yet. One fan noted, “I mean she’s said it before, ‘I wanna set it straight, but my lawyer says I shouldn’t.’ She may want to but can’t.”

They added, “I feel like she’s always put her fans first but there are things that happen behind the scenes we don’t get to know right away. Let’s give her the benefit of the doubt. I hope she does address it soon.”
