Did Jaelen Johnston Win ‘The Voice’ 2025?

So, what happened on the season 27 finale of “The Voice?” Did Jaelen Johnston win or was he eliminated?

Jaelen Johnston’s Fate

Now that your spoiler warning is out of the way, let’s get on with it. Did Jaelen Johnston win “The Voice” 2025? The answer is … No. He came in second place.

With his coach Kelsea Ballerini, Jaelen took the stage to sing the country duet “Whiskey Lullaby” on part 2 of the finale. The two performed on a set that looked like they were sitting around a campfire and sang beautifully together. 

Johnston said he couldn’t be more thankful for his coach before the results were revealed. Ballerini said all she wanted to be as a first-time coach on the show was to be inspired. She went on to call Johnston “a good man.”

Next season of “The Voice” will air in Fall 2025 with all veteran coaches. Michael Buble will be the only season 27 judge to join the season 28 cast of judges. The other judges will consist of former coaches Reba McEntire, Niall Horan and Snoop Dogg.
