Meghan Markle‘s new lifestyle show “With Love, Meghan” premiered on March 4, 2025. The lifestyle show debuted on Netflix — and season two is already slated for fall 2025! At the top of episode three, the Duchess of Sussex is seen making donuts, which triggered some sweet memories for the 43-year-old actress.

“I once had a job at a donut shop called Little Orbit Donuts,” she said, according to People.

In the same episode, viewers learn that Markle’s grandmother worked at an ice cream shop as well. Markle also shared that her first job was at an ice cream shop at 13 years old.

“My first job was at Humphrey Yogarts,” she said.

Later on in the episode, Markle is seen making chef Roy Choi’s famous chicken wings. In an interview with People, Choi talked about his experience working with Markle on her new show.

“She was great. This wasn’t an act, you know? This is something she truly loves to do,” he said. “She was very natural in the kitchen. She knows how to welcome people — that’s a big part of cooking too.”

He added, “She’s the Duchess of Sussex, but before that she was Meghan from L.A., from Immaculate Heart High School. I could see the genuineness in her, like before her whole life changed. She’s Meghan from the block.”

Shortly after its debut, “With Love, Meghan” skyrocketed to Netflix’s U.S. top ten list.

During an interview at a bookstore called Godmothers, Markle opened up about taking her passion to the next level and how fulfilling it’s been to navigate, according to The Daily Beast.

“Every day, I’m learning so much as a founder. I’m taking baby steps and big strides at the same time, making mistakes and learning from them, and really working to find all the joy while diving into the creative process and the business,” she said. “There’s something energizing about being in my 40s and turning my passion project into a business — and sharing that with the world.”

In honor of International Women’s Day 2025, Markle shared a never-before-seen photo of her 3-year-old daughter Princess Lilibet via an Instagram post. In the photo, Princess Lilibet is seen sitting in a boat with Prince Harry as he kisses the top of her head.

“Happy International Women’s Day!” Markle captioned her Instagram post. “Celebrating the strong women around us & the girls with dreams who will become women with vision. Also thanking those who uplift us every day.”

Markle also shared a throwback, black-and-white photo of herself and her mother Doria Ragland.
