Meghan Markle’s As Ever Brand Debuts First Rosé

Meghan Markle is celebrating the beginning of July with the launch of a new product for her lifestyle brand, As ever. On Tuesday, July 1, Markle launched her brand’s first alcoholic offering, a Napa Valley rosé.

“It’s here! Raise a glass to the newest addition to the As ever family. Our beautiful Napa Valley rosé is now available,” shared the Duchess of Sussex on Instagram.

According to PEOPLE, Meghan’s new rosé is now available at Wine.AsEver.com. Priced at $30 per bottle, it’s sold in sets of three ($90), half cases ($159), and full cases ($300)

The brand added that the rosé is “designed for summer’s best moments – from lunches that turn into dinners and sun-drenched weekends where the only thing louder than the music is the laughter. This blend captures the essence of celebration, inviting wine lovers to toast all the moments that matter most – both big and small.”

This marks the beginning of a new chapter for As ever, as Markle is also announcing the brand’s expansion into wine, with a Méthode Champenoise Napa Valley sparkling wine planned for the near future, followed by additional varietals.

The Napa Valley rosé was first announced during a June 20 restock of Meghan’s As ever brand, which included herbal teas, crepe baking mix, shortbread cookie mix, and flower sprinkles, while introducing two new additions: apricot spread and orange blossom honey.

The initial product launch sold out in hours, and Meghan took her time before making more of her inventory available. “We spent so much time making sure we had so much more inventory, that’s why we took the time, and you guys are doing it again,” she said in a video on her Instagram Stories. “We’re nearly sold out on everything, and I can’t believe it.”

Meghan has said that she doesn’t see herself as an influencer, but instead hopes that her brand will become influential.

The Product Launch Falls on a Very Special Date

The rosé launch date falls on what would have been the 64th birthday of Princess Diana, Prince Harry’s mother. The princess died in a car crash in Paris in 1997 at the age of 36. While the Duchess hasn’t addressed the timing of the launch, July 1st is also of significance in her relationship with Prince Harry.

In his 2023 memoir, “Spare,” Prince Harry revealed that he and Meghan first started talking on July 1, 2016.
