Theresa Nist wore a sparkling ring in a new video in which she shared a salmon recipe.
The Instagram video showed Nist, the “Golden Bachelor” winner, squeezing a lemon and grating it, which showed a close-up of her hands. She was wearing a ring on the ring finger of her right hand, and a ring on her left hand, but not on the ring finger.
“Is that a new 💍??” a fan asked. Nist responded, “The green one? Yes, it’s my birthstone!”
“You look fabulous!! Love your hair like that you look very young…I see nice rings!!” a fan wrote, to which Nist responded with heart emojis.
Another fan wrote, “will have to try that looks so delicious my birthstone is emerald too ❤️” Nist responded, “Oh how nice! You must be born in May! Mine is the peridot. I’m born in August.”
Nist did not reveal why she was wearing the ring or where or who she got it from. Gerry Turner and Nist filed for divorce shortly after their “Golden Bachelor” marriage, and Turner has since revealed that he has cancer, according to People.

“I love salmon. So I thought I would show you one of my favorite salmon recipes. Here’s the recipe:
2 lemons, 1T extra virgin olive oil, two cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika or chili lime, black pepper to taste, salmon, salt, parsley, lemon slices.” Nist wrote with the video.
“Preheat oven to 375°, into a bowl zest one lemon, add the juice of that same lemon, add 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, mince 2 garlic gloves, add 1 teaspoon dried oregano, add 1 teaspoon paprika or chili lime, add freshly ground black pepper to taste, pat dry the salmon with a paper towel to ensure it has the right flaky texture when it cooks, place the salmon on parchment paper in a shallow roasting pan, pour the olive oil mixture over the salmon, spread it evenly, cover with lemon slices and additional parchment paper, place the salmon in oven for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon and your particular oven,” Nist instructed.
“The salmon should flake and separate easily when done. If the salmon is still firm and doesn’t flake it needs to cook a little longer. Enjoy!”
