Rachael Kirkconnell has opened up about her feelings following her split with former “Bachelor” Matt James, leaving a string of comments on the TikTok video of an influencer named Zachary Reality.
“RACHEL PLS STAND UP,” a fan wrote, misspelling Kirkconnell’s name. She replied, “Girl I’m up, I promise.”
However, in other comments, Kirkconnell gave a sense of how she’s doing since the breakup. “You can forgive someone without getting back together,” she wrote with a smiley face.
On the January 29 episode, Kirkconnell spoke about the split on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast and revealed she was blindsided by it.

“They are gonna get back together. Let’s be so for real,” another fan wrote. “Couldn’t pay me,” Kirkconnell responded.
“She’s probably trying to be a mature adult, keeping things civil,” another fan noted.
Kirkconnell also fielded some tougher comments with a positive response.
“She’s so annoying to me,” another fan wrote on the TikTok comment thread. “IKR,” said Kirkconnell.
James shared a public statement on his Instagram page on January 16 announcing that he and Kirkconnell had broken up after four years.
They met on his season of “The Bachelor.”
“Father God, give Rachael and I strength to mend our broken hearts. Give us a peace about this decision to end our relationship that transcends worldly understanding. Shower our friends and family with kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our Joy comes from you, Lord 💔” he wrote.
