‘Traitors’ Star Gabby Windey Married in Surprise Ceremony

Season 31 “Dancing With the Stars” alum Gabby Windey has married her partner, Robby Hoffman.

“Husband and wife!!” Windey captioned an Instagram post on Wednesday, March 5. The former “Bachelorette” lead also revealed that her wedding date was January 11.

Windey wore a long-sleeved, floor-length, lace gown, and carried a small bouquet of red roses. She wore her hair in a ponytail and went for a minimal makeup look. Hoffman, who works as an actor and a comedian, chose a pair of black slacks and an untucked white button down shirt for the special day.

Windey, who got engaged to Erich Schwer on her season of “The Bachelorette,” came out as gay after the two broke things off.

“I was trying to make the relationship work after Bachelorette. And then I had finally had time to settle in L.A. and I think it was always a whisper in me that just got louder and louder and I didn’t really know to pay attention to it,” Windey said on “The View” in August 2023.

Windey was most recently on season 3 of “The Traitors,” which streams on Peacock.

Gabby Windey & Robby Hoffman Met Outside a Bar

Hoffman previously explained how she and Windey met.

“We were just outside a bar. You know, you’re looking around. ‘One of these things does not belong.’ Her. And we figured out that she was leaning gay and I said, ‘Alright, let’s get this done, I don’t want to lie, I’ll need your number, I’ll take you out next week.’ And that’s exactly what happened,” Hoffman said at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, in September 2023.

The outing marked the first time the two walked a red carpet together.

“It’s just nice being open about it and just being able to be ourselves and celebrate our relationship,” Windey told People magazine at the event. “We were so excited in private, and now it’s like we all just want an excuse to celebrate and be happy, so we got to be in public and be able to be proud about it,” she added.
