‘Survivor’ Cast Member Announces Pregnancy

Sierra Wright, a cast member on the 47th season of “Survivor,” has announced that she is pregnant.

“Mini me coming May 2025!!!💗” Wright wrote on her Instagram page on December 15, sharing a video showing her hugging her fiance while holding a set of pictures showing ultrasound photos.

The video also contained photos showing the couple with their dog and holding a onesie and tiny shoes. She also tagged her fiance Justin Ammerman.

Sierra Wright Previously Showed Off Her Engagement Ring

On November 25, Wright posted a photo to her Instagram page in which she showed off her engagement ring while standing with her fiance.

“Forever with you 🥹” she wrote with that photo.

According to In Touch, Ammerman is a “former college basketball player at Virginia Tech.”

Sierra Wright Has Also Posted About Her Experience on “Survivor.”

Wright was voted off the island.

“I said from the second I hit the island, if I’m not winning the game of Survivor, then I better be epically blindsided. I truly wouldn’t have wanted to go out any other way! The worst part was just knowing how much more I had left in me,” she wrote.

“I didn’t walk away with the million, but I sure feel like I did. I got to frolic around the Fijian jungles searching for advantages, build a shelter from scratch, start fires with flint and a machete, hug Jeff Probst, participate in the ICONIC survivor auction (don’t drink the margs), form lifelong friendships, SAVE and live with the chickens (Miss Peppers🥹)… the list could go on!” the post continued.

She wrote: “I pushed myself and body to limits I didn’t know existed. Six years ago, I was competing on national television in a VERY different way. If you told 21-year-old Sierra who was walking across the Miss USA stage in 6 inch heels and a bathing suit that she would be stranded on a deserted island stripped of everything a few years later… HA!”

Continued Wright: “That being said, my most treasured takeaway from this entire experience are the messages I’ve received about being an inspiration to young girls to apply in the future. I’ll always advocate for stepping out of your comfort zone. If you don’t think you can, just know you absolutely can.”

She added, “I’m forever grateful for @caitlincasting who made this all happen for me. Thank you for dealing with my chaos for an entire YEAR! Thank you @jeffprobst , @jesse.tannenbaum , @mattvanwagenen , Hudson, and all of production for believing in me and for taking the chance on me. You all have changed my life forever!”
