‘General Hospital’ Spoilers for July 10: Will Sasha Run With Daisy?

The promo clip for July 10, 2025, has dropped, and the action in Port Charles isn’t slowing down yet. Sasha is ready to take Michael’s baby and run, Portia is fighting to save her marriage, and Kai needs to keep his nose out of Curtis’ business. Then there is that mob war that is brewing between Sonny and Sidwell, with both of their families’ lives hanging in the balance.

Let’s take a closer look at the “General Hospital” spoilers for July 10, 2025.

Sasha Is Spooked and Ready to Run With Baby Daisy

Sasha is scared. Strange things are happening with her newborn. Someone keeps moving Daisy from her crib, changing her clothes, and rearranging her surroundings. Sasha knows that her baby is at risk, but no one else has seen these things that are happening. At one point, Daisy was nowhere to be found, and after the PCPD was called, the baby reappeared in her bassinette. The audience knows that Willow, Michael’s ex, is responsible for these actions, but to everyone at the Q’s, Sasha appears somewhat unstable.

She told Michael that she needs to take their daughter and leave Port Charles to keep her safe. In today’s teaser, we see Michael put his foot down and tell Sasha that she and Daisy aren’t going. Up until now, Michael has abided by whatever decisions that Sasha has made. How will things escalate between them now? Will he be able to reassure her, or will Sasha pack up and run?

Carly Tries to Convince Sonny Not to Go After Sidwell

No one knows Sonny better than Carly, and when he tells her that he is ready to go after Sidwell via his son, Marco, she flips. In today’s episode of GH, Carly reminds her ex that pursuing his nemesis’s son puts their entire family in danger. As it is, Sonny’s kids have been directly targeted. First, Michael was nearly killed in the firebombing at Sonny’s penthouse, and then Kristina was lucky to make it out of the fire at Charlie’s alive.

Sonny needs to take action so that he doesn’t appear weak to Sidwell, but doing so will undoubtedly bring more danger to his own family. Will he listen to Carly, or is Sonny going after Marco to send a message to Sidwell?

According to the teaser, Marco is facing his own issues. Upset by his mother, Natalia’s, death, the attorney is looking for accountability. He is seen threatening to take legal action against someone.

Will Kai Report Back to Drew Again?

Kai has a knack for overhearing conversations that have nothing to do with him. First, he listened as his girlfriend Trina’s parents discussed their plan to bring Drew down, and then relayed the details of their plan to Drew. Now, it appears he is about to repeat the same mistake. After overhearing Curtis talking, the spoiler shows a confrontation between the two of them. Curtis has tried to warn Kai about Drew, but so far, he has refused to listen. Now it looks like Trina’s boyfriend is once again going to give Drew an update on what he has learned.

Meanwhile, Portia is seen having a discussion with Aunt Stella about her marriage to Curtis. The couple is extremely rocky, will Stella have some advice that helps?
