‘General Hospital’ Promo Clip Spoilers for June 30 – July 4: Christening and a Firebombing

According to the new promo clip, it looks like gangsters are going to war this week on “General Hospital.” Sonny’s world just hasn’t been the same since Jenz Sidwell first arrived in Port Charles, and it looks like the tension between them has reached an all-time high. Lives are on the line, and now all of Sonny’s family is at risk.

Sidwell Makes Another Move

The new “General Hospital” teaser video opens with Sidwell standing on the parapet at Wyndemere, looking out over Spoon Island and Port Charles. As the promo flashes to other characters tied to either Sonny or Sidwell, Tracy says, “When gangsters go to war, they don’t go after each other first. They go after their enemies and loved ones.”

Next, the video flashes to Sonny and Jason fresh off Daisy’s christening. Police lights are flashing in the background, and an officer stands behind them as the two share an extremely concerned look. It looks like Sidwell has made a move on someone in Sonny’s family. Remember, just a few days ago, he was flipping through Sonny’s family photos, trying to make a choice?

Is Natalia Okay?

After crashing baby Daisy’s christening, we see Natalia in her Metro Court hotel room, surrounded by her clothing and luggage as she’d been packing to leave town for the new life Sonny’s set up for her in Belize. But when she passes out on the couch, is she drunk again… or is something more sinister at play? It looks like trouble may have found Sidwell’s ex-wife.

Truth be told, Natalia doesn’t exactly have any friends left. Sidwell has no use for her. Her kids, Marco and Blaize want nothing to do with her, and now she has crossed Sonny. He was going to safely whisk her out of Port Charles to start a new life, and she messed that up.

Charlie’s Bar Is Firebombed

The last part of the promo clip takes us to Charlie’s Pub, where a firebomb is thrown through the glass window on the door. Unfortunately, Kristina is inside the restaurant and gets trapped behind the bar as flames erupt. The final scene of the promo flashes once more to a worried-looking Sonny as an angry Alexis is heard declaring, “I will not bury another daughter!” Will Kristina be rescued in time?
