The spoilers for the Friday, July 18, episode of “General Hospital” reveal that Portia is ready to push back against Drew, Liesl shares a harsh truth with Nina, and Jason is prepared to say goodbye to Sasha.

Portia Is Done Being Blackmailed
ABCFinally, Portia is fed up and ready to crawl out from under Drew’s thumb. He has been blackmailing her for months, and the co-chief-of-staff has done the awful things that he has demanded of her, until now. Now, Drew wants Portia to set up Michael to look like he has an opioid addiction. Drew wants it to hold up in court and Portia is finally ready to push back.
Today’s spoilers show Portia talking to her husband, Curtis, saying, “I’m taking my power back. Drew Cain — he can go straight to hell.” Will she set Michael up to lose custody of her children, or will Portia decide that it’s time to tell the truth herself? Or does Curtis have another plan?
Liesl Shares an Observation With Nina
GettyRocco reached out to his newfound grandmother, Liesl Obrecht, and it appears she may stay in Port Charles for a while. First, she sat down to breakfast with Rocco and shared some insight into who his birthmother, Britt, really was, and then she visited Nina at Crimson.
Her conversation with her niece continues today, and Liesl isn’t mincing her words. She states what everyone else is already thinking: “There is something very wrong with your daughter.” Nina already realizes that her daughter Willow’s emotional instability has caused her to make horrible decisions over the last year.
The teaser clip for today also shows weeping Willow on the phone pleading, “Is there really no room for compromise?” It most definitely has something to do with her children.
Jason Sees a Ghost While Traveling
ABCJason has safely delivered Sasha and Daisy to Robert Scorpio in a secure location, and he is preparing to return to Port Charles. As they say their goodbyes, he tells Sasha, “You’ll always have a home to come back to.” This is Sasha’s official exit from Port Charles, at least for now.
Jason then goes to the airport to catch his commercial flight back home. While waiting, he sees someone who looks familiar. Is that Britt? Could she really be alive?
Back in Port Charles, Anna is still digging for information about Vaughn. She suspects he is with the WSB, and since he has been seen with Josslyn, she asks what Carly knows about her daughter’s new boyfriend. Carly doesn’t know much, and that will send Anna directly to Joss eventually. In the mean time, Anna drops just enough info to make Carly suspicious of her daughter.
Anna has asked Dante to do some surveillance, and as he takes a closer look at the footage he has, Dante says, “Who the hell are you waiting for?” He then acts surprised by who or what he sees next. Dante watches Joss and Vaughn work together to put a tracker on Dalton’s woman acting as a conduit.
