It is finally Drew and Willow’s wedding day on “General Hospital,” and to say that tensions are running high would be an understatement. The July 25, 2025, GH teaser is out, and it shows conflict everywhere. Lucas and Carly have it out, Marco and Sonny get real, and then, of course, the biggie: Willow confronts Nina about sleeping with her man.

Sonny and Marco Reach an Understanding
ABCAccording to today’s teasers, Carly and Lucas’ blowout will continue. He doesn’t understand why she continues to support both Sonny and Jason, no matter what they do. He believes they put his sister in harm’s way, and she remains loyal. Lucas knows that Sonny is behind Marco’s disappearance and wants answers.
Meanwhile, Sonny and Marco have a chat about what has transpired. While Marco didn’t see who kidnapped him, he knows that Sonny is behind it. He and Marco’s father, Sidwell, are locked in a battle for control of Port Charles, and Marco knows he was used as a means of leverage against him. Marco wants reassurance that it won’t happen again, and Sonny promises him, “You will not be touched as long as you stay out of your father’s business.
Lucy can’t help but meddle in Sidwell’s business, so she wants to know what is happening between him and Sonny. “It’s all about peaceful coexistence,” the importer tells Lucy.
Michael Confides in Kristina
ABCMichael takes a moment at the Metro Court pool to sit and talk to Kristina. He is struggling because Sasha has left town with Daisy, and Willow is getting married to Drew. He told Wylie about the marriage, and his son is upset because he had hoped his parents would reconcile. As they talk, Kristina is distracted and blurts out, “That’s exactly who I was afraid of.” Is it Ava?
Molly is also at the pool with Cody. “I guess I managed to surprise you,” she says to him.
Willow Confronts Nina About Sleeping With Drew
ABCWe know from the spoilers that Drew and Willow’s wedding day is loaded with drama. It began with Curtis barging into the bride’s room to talk to Willow. He blurted out that her mother and Drew had an affair while he was trying to win Willow away from Michael.
Willow confronts Nina today, spitting out the words, “Did you and Drew have an affair?” Nina is already sick to her stomach at the realization that Willow is likely the one who spooked Sasha by messing with her baby, and on a mission. Willow throws her mom off by already knowing about her sleeping with Drew, but this is a conversation that Nina is ready for.
Meanwhile, Drew is taking a moment with his daughter, Scout, reassuring her, “We’re all going to live happily ever after.” But will Willow even go through with the ceremony?
