‘General Hospital’ Recap for July 23: Drew Suspects Willow Is Nuts

Today’s episode of “General Hospital” was filled with non-stop action. Sonny and Sidwell faced off, Obrecht made her presence in Port Charles known to Lulu and Dante, and then there is Willow. At this point, even Drew is suspecting her deviousness.

Here is a full recap of everything that happened on GH for Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Britt and Obrecht are the Topic of Discussion at the Metro Court Pool

Jason is back in town, and he immediately meets up with Carly at the Metro Court pool. The two sit together as he tells her about believing that he saw Britt at an airport in France. He explains that he tried to run after her but was blocked by security. Carly thinks that Jason was running on little sleep and that his mind was playing tricks on him.

Jason also explains to Carly about his conversation with Rocco, and how the teen wanted this information on Britt. They agree that this may be the reason why Britt was on Jason’s mind at the airport. Carly leaves, and Rocco comes to talk to Jason. He tells him that he emailed Obrecht and met up with her for coffee. Almost as if on cue, Liesl arrives at the pool.

Lulu meets Dante at the hatchet range to tell him that Obrecht is back in town, and they both agree that they need to tell Rocco about her before anyone else does. Spinelli tips them off to her being at the pool with Rocco, and they rush to their son. As they tell Obrecht not to go anywhere near him again, Rocco explains that he reached out to her for information on her daughter, Britt.

Drew Suspects Willow Tormented Sasha and Michael

Nina stops by to talk to Drew alone. She tells him about Sasha leaving town with Daisy and how Michael supported it. She explains that someone was after Daisy, moving her around and creating a lot of fear for Sasha. Drew is shocked and thinks that messing with the baby was about as twisted as it gets. Nina suggests that Drew is the culprit and he denies it. He believes that it must be one of Sonny’s enemies targeting his family.

Meanwhile, Portia is talking to Willow at GH, detailing how Drew was blackmailing her into altering Michael’s lab test results. She tells her that Drew was going to turn her ex into a drug addict on paper to get Willow’s children back. Portia reminds Willow that her ex has done everything right to heal his body so that he could return to his children, but Willow doesn’t care. She says that if this level of deceit is what it takes, then she is on Drew’s side. She feels that Michael isn’t fighting fair so she shouldn’t either.

After Willow leaves, Portia asks Nina to see her. She fills Nina in on everything that transpired with Willow and asks what Drew has done to her daughter, because Willow is unrecognizable. Willow returns home to Drew, and as they speak, he starts to replay Nina’s words in his head. He suspects that it is Willow who messed with Daisy, as he asks her what she did on the Fourth of July.

Marco Returns With Quite a Story to Tell

It’s a war of words and actions between Sonny and Sidwell, with ADA Turner caught in the middle. As she questions Sonny about Marco’s whereabouts, Dante walks in. She leaves the father and son alone while she goes to speak with Sidwell. Sonny tells Dante that this is a discussion that they do not want to have, and Dante agrees. He reminds his father that both Gio and Rocco look up to him and to remember that while making his next move.

Out in the hallway, Turner asks Sidwell if he believes that his son is in danger, and he tells her that he has yet to see proof that he isn’t. Turner brings the two men face-to-face to try and get to the bottom of things when a banged-up Marco strolls in. He shares some ridiculous story of how he went for a walk before his mother’s funeral and ended up smashing his phone while falling into a ravine. Sidwell and Sonny exchange baffled looks as everyone leaves PCPD.

Marco then returns to his Metro Court room to join Lucas. It was Lucas who received a random key to unlock the office where Marco was being held captive. He had dropped him off at PCPD to give a statement, and now the men are set to enjoy an evening together.
