‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Who Has Baby Daisy?

Port Charles is still celebrating the Fourth of July, and several explosive storylines are expected for the week of July 7, 2025. A new “General Hospital” promo video has dropped, and it features the kind of fireworks that keep soap fans coming back for more.

Let’s take a look at all that we know so far about this upcoming week on “General Hospital.”

Was Natalia’s Death Foul Play?

Sonny is in an interrogation room at PCPD, talking to Laura, when Police Commissioner Anna Devane storms in, holding files. “I have the autopsy report here,” Anna announces. “And?” Laura asks in return as the promo video clip goes back to Anna, who has a concerned look on her face. Did the medical examiner find that Natalia’s death was the result of foul play? Or was it an accidental overdose? Sonny’s freedom hangs in the balance with the results.

Meanwhile, Marco already believes that Sonny is involved, and he is looking for revenge this week. “Sonny cannot get away with this,” the lawyer declares. As the video flashes to Sonny, Jens Sidwell makes a vow to his son. “He won’t.” Will Marco’s quest to avenge Natalia’s death make him an unknowing participant in Sidwell’s plot to take down Sonny? Or will Marco somehow manage to keep his hands clean?

The Children Get Caught in the Drama

Brook Lynn accidentally gave Lulu a taste of her own medicine, and she certainly doesn’t like it. BLQ dug into Rocco’s birth records, uncovering a secret that would traumatize him. She debated about telling him and then chose not to because she didn’t want to cause the same sort of pain that Lulu had. Unfortunately, Brook Lynn left the file where Rocco could find it, and he then confronted his mother. Now, Lulu is seen in the clip slapping Brook Lynn while shouting, “She came for our son!” Will Rocco learn his true birth story?

Sasha has been basking in the joy of her new baby, Daisy. She walks into her nursery at the Quartermaines to check on her daughter, and Daisy’s crib is empty. “Daisy?!?” she shouts, as she frantically looks around for the newborn. She quickly finds Michael near the front door of the estate and frantically says, “Michael, someone took our daughter!”

Someone has been watching over Daisy, changing her clothing and moving her around, making Sasha think she is a little crazy. Now it’s clear that these things have happened and that person has Daisy. Does Sidwell have the tot? Or is it someone else, and why would they have taken her?
