Oh, what a day in Port Charles. Marco has joined forces with Sidwell, Kristina is trying to run interference between Cody and Molly, and then there is that wedding. Willow and Drew are supposed to be getting married, but she has learned something that may put a halt to it.
Here is a full recap of the Friday, July 25, 2025, episode of “General Hospital.”
Kristina Intercepts Cody and Molly’s Pool Day

Kristina finds Cody at the Metro Court pool and asks for an update on his paid seduction of Ava. He then heads over to sit next to Molly. Her comment about sunscreen leads to her applying some to Cody’s back. At a table nearby, Michael has joined Kristina. He discusses it being Willow and Drew’s wedding day and how that is a hard pill for him to swallow.
She is supportive until she sees Cody with her sister. She asks Michael to come up with a reason to talk to Cody, as she heads for Molly. Kristina plants some negative seeds in Molly’s head about the guy she has been getting closer to. Kristina insinuates that Cody may be after her money and suggests that she be careful. When Cody leaves Michael and rejoins Molly, she looks at him as if she is thinking about what her sister had suggested.
Marco Joins Forces With His Father

Marco may be safe at home, but his kidnapping is still sending shockwaves of upset through several relationships. Carly had walked away from her brother, Lucas, to try to diffuse their fight over Sonny, but he followed her. He tells her that her loyalty to Sony only brings grief in the long run. Her family is never really safe, and he is finished looking the other way. Carly thinks that Lucas is ready to throw the family way over Marco, a man he barely knows and that is crazy. Ultimately, Lucas gives her his key and tells her that he will be moving out.
Upstairs at the Metro Court, in Marco’s room, he is having a serious talk with Sonny, who advises him to stay out of his father’s business. Sonny tells Marco that he has no problem with him and suggests he move back to Miami. Sonny then asks Marco if he blames Sonny for Natalia’s death. The two seem to share a moment while talking about Natalia’s drinking, and Sonny tells him that she loved her son more than anything. He also tells Marco that Natalia had wished that they weren’t estranged at the time of her death.
Meanwhile, Lucy has visited Sidwell to see how he is doing. The two haven’t connected since Natalia’s death, and she wanted to check in. She invites him to Drew and Willow’s wedding, but he declines. Sidwell explains that he is stepping away from Drew, Politics, and all things related to Sonny to protect his son.
After Lucy leaves, Marco arrives at his father’s home. He tells Sidwell that he is all in on the war with Sonny, and the two embrace.
Willow Blames Nina for Losing Her Children

All of the guests have arrived at the chapel for Drew and Willow’s wedding. Off to the side, Drew tells his daughter, Scout, that after today, they will all be living happily ever after. He has no clue about what is going on in a different part of the church.
Nina has decided to tell Willow the truth about carrying on a months-long fling with Drew last year. She gathers her courage and knocks on the door to find that someone has already told Willow the truth. When Willow asks Nina if she and Drew had slept together, she says yes. She explains that they were together from April to August of last year, and once Willow was with Drew, Nina ended their relationship. As Willow starts to blame Nina for a bunch of things, Nina reminds her that she has always told her to save her marriage to Michael. She also had advised her to slow down and not move in with Drew.
Willow figures out the timeline and hysterically blurts out that the entire time that she was falling in love with Drew, he was sleeping with her mother. She tells Nina that she will never forgive her for allowing her to throw away her marriage and her children for someone who was always lying to her. Willow realizes that she has burned every bridge and has nothing left. She says that Nina helped her to lose her children and that Nell was lucky because she died without ever knowing that Nina was her mother.
The episode ends with Willow beginning to walk down the aisle to Drew with a mix of hate and revenge in her eyes.
