‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers (July 21-25): The Truth Is Out

A lot is happening in Fairmont Crest this week. Now that Smitty has learned that his husband murdered someone, how will he deal with it? Naomi gives her grandparents legal advice, and Nicole is determined to take control.

The Truth Is Finally Out

The newest spoiler clip begins in Bill’s office, with his daughter Chelsea storming in. She catches him off guard and says, “I’ve been calling you for hours. I cannot believe how you put us in this position.” Meanwhile, another confrontation is brewing between Ted and Nicole, as his office is a mess. “I know how this looks,” he says to his estranged wife. “Then you will understand why I’m taking these next steps,” she responds matter-of-factly.

Things are also tense over at the Duprees, where Martin is speaking to his grandparents, Anita and Vernon. His aunt Dani is also there. “I could lose my family for good,” he says, fully grasping the reality of things right now. Martin’s husband, Smitty, has been kept in the dark for two years about his killing one man and nearly killing another to protect Vernon. Smitty is now at his breaking point, having discovered the truth.

Choosing Sides and Lovers

Next, the BTG spoiler clip flashes a scene of Eva kissing Tomas, as Ted is heard saying to his daughter, Kat,, that “Eva wouldn’t go after Tomas when she knows you’re seeing him. That’s not who she is.”

Naomi and Jacob are battling it out at home when she tells him, “I have never been more proud to be a Dupree when I’m defending us. And the last time I checked, you were one of us.” Something is brewing with the Duprees, as evidenced by the next scene, where we see Naomi giving Anita and Vernon legal advice. “I think you need to prepare for this. This may not stay covered for long,” Naomi warns.

Bill still wants to be in charge, as we see him tell Nicole, “I’m the one that saved your baby boy.” Nicole fires back at him, “I am the fixer now,” with determination in her voice.
