‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Star Taylor Frankie Paul Reveals Where She Stands With Dakota Mortensen After Stagecoach

Taylor Frankie Paul’s relationship with Dakota Mortensen has been up and down from the first moment that they met. But, they officially called it quits in September 2024, Us Weekly reported.

The two have been seen spending time together, specifically attending Stagecoach Festival with numerous of their “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” castmates. And that led to fan speculation about whether they were back together.

On her Instagram story following their trip to Stagecoach, Frankie Paul responded to a question asking, “Are you and Dakota back together? The Stagecoach pics were so cute!”

“Thank you, I know it’s confusing, I’m also confused. However I’m not in a place where I could be in a healthy relationship. Doesn’t mean it’s what I wanted, and that no feelings are there, as of now it’s battle of aligning the mind and heart,” Frankie Paul responded on her story.

Frankie Paul and Mortensen’s relationship became public in July 2022 and they announced in November 2022 that they were expecting their first child together. But, she suffered an ectopic pregnancy. 

Just a few months later, in February 2023, Frankie Paul was arrested for domestic violence after a fight with Mortensen. She was charged with aggravated assault, two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse with injury, and criminal mischief. On August 2023, she pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, and the other charges were dropped, which resulted in her reaching a plea agreement.

In September 2023, Paul announced that he and Mortensen were expecting again. But the two broke up a year later, according to Us Weekly. They have continued to spend time together and are co-parenting, but their continuous close relationship, even after the breakup, has led to fans’ speculation.
