Kim Kardashian is a busy lady these days, with numerous business endeavors and a focus on pursuing a legal career. Naturally, the SKIMS founder still found time to wish North West a happy birthday with a heartfelt social media post.
Recently, Kim took to Instagram to share a few unseen photos of North. The post included 12 images, some featuring North as a newborn baby and others showing her after she’d grown older. Kim said in the caption, “My little baby North turns 12 years old today. We were looking at pics today together and laughing so hard, you were so small.“
She then said, “It’s been the most special calling being your mom. I love you forever and got you forever, my bubs.” Notably, North’s grandmother, Kris Jenner, also celebrated the 12-year-old with an Instagram Stories post that included six photos.
North West May Be More Popular Than Kim Kardashian
According to Collider, Kim Kardashian revealed in a post-credits scene from their show that North West has grown in popularity. In the scene, she looked into the analytics from North’s performance in “The Lion King” at the Hollywood Bowl.
She said, “[North] generated 22 billion impressions and over $1 billion in advertising, media…Wait a minute. North West has 18% more popularity than all of her family members…Um, okay, we’re gonna have to work on this.” Kim then said, “North, you’re not gonna take me down.”
This episode of “The Kardashians” also featured North West being asked to participate in the performance. This included Kim worrying about the potential for negative comments.
According to the American Horror Story star, “I already know what’s coming, you know, that she’s not Whitney Houston – duh! Oh, she got the job cause of her parents. North is the moment.” Notably, she performed in May of 2024 and did a rendition of “I Just Can’t Wait to be King.”
She May Have a Future in Entertainment
North is well on her way to a career in both music and acting. She recently starred in FKA Twigs’ music video for “Childlike Things” and voiced a character in “PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.” North is also working on an album called “Elementary School Dropout.” Notably, the title is an ode to her father‘s “College Dropout” album, which launched his career in rap.
Naturally, North has the support of both Kim Kardashian and Ye as she continues to pursue her career despite her young age.
