‘Destination X’ Gets Its Final 3 Contestants
Hosted by the brilliant Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the travel-inspired game show, at its start, featured 12 contestants who traveled around Europe on a blacked-out bus. Competing in challenges and trying to correctly guess their destination led them closer to walking away with the grand prize of $250,000.
NBC’s show started with some familiar faces, including “The Challenge” and “Big Brother” alum Josh Martinez, “Love Island USA” star JaNa Craig, and “The Traitors” and “The Bachelor” alum Peter “Pilot Pete” Weber. But there were also unknowns, whose professions and life experiences were contrasted.
We had a single mom and grandmother, Kim Conner, sports bettor Biggy Bailey, model Shayne Cureton, flight attendant Tai Lowry, military child Jonah Evarts, history degree holder Rachel Rossette, travel influencer Ally Bross, international bird watcher Rick Szabo, and attorney Mack Fitzgerald.
Now it is all up to the final three, and they are: Peter, Biggy, and Rick. But how do fans feel about them?
Fans React to Remaining Contestants Ahead of ‘Destination X’ Finale
A video posted on July 28 on the official NBC Instagram account has given fans a better look at the final three. In the clip, Peter, Biggy, and Rick clink their glasses in celebration before the screen cuts to their confessionals. Each of the remaining three contestants reveals why they want to walk away from “Destination X” victorious.
Fans reacted in the comment section of the video, and it appears there is a clear favorite. “If Biggy doesn’t win, I’ll never watch anything on your channel again,” a comment reads. “Biggy i hope. Already last episode. I hope for season 2 soon?” another shared.
Other reactions include, “Go Biggy!! He was the BEST!!,” “One more sleep. I can’t wait. Please do season 2,” and “Well we are having a Biggy @biggy.cookthebook party tonight! He’s the real deal and represents this show like a champion!” Comments on the post also reveal that fans are already wanting the show to be renewed for a second season.
Peter also reacted to the post with excitement. “Get the (popcorn emoji),” he wrote.
