Boogie Woogie Stumped All of the Judges

Boogie Woogie said on the finale that he used to “do the starving artist hustle.” Over the years, he was told to give up his singing dreams. But now that he’s a dad, he wants to protect his kids from the kind of rejection he had over the years.

So, who was the celebrity under the mask? Boogie Woogie was revealed to be … Andy Grammer!

He stumped all four of the judges. None of them guessed him for their final guess.

For Boogie Woogie’s first finale performance, he performed a George Michael song called “Freedom ’90.”

Jenny McCarthy was the first of the judges to address Boogie Woogie on the finale and she told him he “brought the house down.” McCarthy called his performance amazing and said he continued to bring joy to the show.

He Made it to the Final 2

Boogie Woogie got a call from his family on the finale and was so touched to hear his child’s voice.

Boogie Woogie made it into the final 2 for the season, so he was able to perform a second song on the finale. It was called “Love the Hell Out of You,” by Lewis Capaldi. Thicke called the performance “hard to beat.”
