“Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Nepola and her ex-husband, Todd Nepola, shared a few kisses after divorcing.
Page Six reported that Alexia Nepola and her third ex-husband, who finalized their divorce in March 2025, spent time together at Miami Beach. They kissed and embraced as a photographer snapped pictures.
People magazine reported that Alexia Nepola, who wed Todd Nepola in December 2021, confirmed she had finalized her divorce in a March 2025 statement to the publication.
“After thoughtful reflection, Todd and I have reached an amicable divorce settlement. While our marriage has legally ended, our relationship has not,” read the Bravo star’s statement. “We continue to love and support each other as we navigate this next chapter. We appreciate the understanding, love, and support from our family, friends, and fans.”

Alexia Nepola’s RHOM castmate, Guerdy Abraira shared her thoughts about her kissing her ex-husband on the beach in an April 29 interview with Extra TV. Abraira said she was supportive of Alexia Nepola’s relationship with Todd Nepola.
“They like it, they love it. Whatever works for them, to be honest. I don’t know the nuances of that relationship is. But to be honest, I don’t care. I mind my own business. I got enough on my plate. I’m good,” said Abraira to the publication.
Alexia Nepola Shared Her Thoughts About Todd Nepola Filing for Divorce
During a November 2024 interview with Access Hollywood, Alexia Nepola spoke about her dynamic with her estranged husband. She said their relationship has “been like a rollercoaster.” In addition, she said that they were “working on” their marriage. Alexia Nepola also suggested that starring on RHOM negatively affected their relationship.
“We need each other. Like he’s my person. And I feel like I’m his person. But like everyone knows, relationships are really difficult. Especially when you’re on a reality show. And it’s been a struggle,” said Alexia Nepola to the publication.
Alexia Nepola made similar comments about her relationship with her ex-husband in a November 2024 interview with Page Six. According to Alexia Nepola, Todd Nepola is “not such a fan of” RHOM.
“He doesn’t like the show. In the last three years, we had a lot to deal with,” said Alexia Nepola to Page Six.
In addition, she said she might exit the Bravo series if it helped mend her relationship with Todd Nepola.
“My personal life is more important,” said Alexia Nepola during the Page Six interview.
