Sutton Stracke will soon be an empty nester. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member celebrated a milestone moment this weekend as her youngest child, James Stracke, graduated from Loyola High School.
The Bravo star took to Instagram on Saturday, June 7, to share the joyous occasion with fans. “Not the baby!!!” she captioned a video montage of the day. “Third child has graduated! Congratulations to all those class of 2025!! Wishing you all the very best in life.”

The post featured James proudly wearing his graduation cap and gown, posing alongside Sutton, his siblings Porter and Philip Stracke, and his grandmother, Reba Brown. The family appeared all smiles in the heartfelt snapshots, and Sutton looked stunning in a blue lace dress.
The comments quickly filled with congratulatory messages from fans and fellow Bravo stars alike. “Wow! He grew up so fast!” wrote Jennifer Tilly, a friend of the “RHOBH” cast. “CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! So exciting!!!” wrote RHOC cast member Heather Dubrow. Other Housewives alums such as Kelly Bensimon, and Marysol Patton also chimed in with well wishes.
In Season 14, Episode 10 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Sutton brought the cast to her hometown of Augusta, Georgia. During the visit, her mother, Reba, described James as “kind of weird, but smart.” In a confessional, Sutton responded, “Mom, why would you call James weird? He’s, like, the cool one.”
On “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show,” Sutton elaborated on her mother’s comment, saying, “She’s gonna stand by what she says. James is his own person. [James] doesn’t care what anybody thinks, he’s gonna do what he’s gonna do, and maybe [Reba] thinks that’s weird, but she does the same thing.”
All Grown Up
James’ graduation is the latest milestone for the Stracke family. His sister Porter, now 23, graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2024 with a degree in history. Meanwhile, Stracke’s 21-year-old son Philip is studying at The Citadel, a military college in South Carolina.
“After Philip graduates from high school, he’s going to The Citadel, which is actually a military school,” Sutton said back in Season 12, Episode 3. “I think the good news is I don’t have to decorate his room. It’s not like a Porter situation. There’s no like curtains and, you know, any of that stuff. I think you have to like bounce a quarter off your bed.”
