Bravo fans are reacting to a new friendship on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
On the14th season of the Bravo reality show, Dorit Kemsley instantly hit it off with newcomer Bozoma Saint John. During the season 14 premiere, Kemsley met Saint John for the first time while at Sutton Stracke’s Surrealism ball. “My first impression of Boz is ‘wow, OK,'” Kemsley said of the stunning marketing executive. “This is a woman that understands the assignment.”
One of the first things Kemsley did was open up to Saint John about her separation from her husband PK. She later explained her quick bond with Saint John in an Instagram comment. “When you have an immediate and genuine connection with someone whom you just met and they make it super easy to open up to them… the result is two women bonding over difficult times in their lives and the beginning of a beautiful friendship,” Kemsley shared.
Fans have seen “Real Housewives” friendships come and go, so naturally they had a lot to say about this new RHOBH duo.
Dorit Kemsley Flew to NYC With Bozoma For Her Birthday
In January 2025, Kemsley and Saint John’s friendship was highlighted when Kemsley accompanied the former Netflix CMO to New York City for her appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.” The January 21 appearance also took place on Saint John’s 48th birthday.
“It started on the show but it’s clearly lasted,” host Andy Cohen said on the live episode. “You just came to New York to support her on her birthday,” he said to Kemsley, who sat in the studio audience.
“I did, yep,” she replied. “Be with her on her birthday. It’s a tough time, I wanted to be with her support her first time on ‘Watch What Happens.’”
Fans reacted on social media.
“Dorit sitting front row at WWHL to support Boz on her birthday AND first appearance on the show, week’s after losing her home in the Los Angeles fires? THANK GOD FOR THIS FRIENDSHIP! 😭😭😭 #RHOBH,” came one comment.
“I’m so glad Dorit finally has a great friend. A truly loyal and loving one,” another wrote.
“They became fast friends, the best kind to make,” another commenter wrote.
“Boz has shown so much grace to Dorit by taking her seriously and listening. …We love to see a friendship that evolves us,” added another fan.
Another commenter compared the two to “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” besties Mary Cosby and Angie Katsanevas. “The look she has on her face is very telling. This is Mary/Angie K levels of friendship. That’s the kind of friendship that changes you,” one fan wrote.
“Love this friendship😍,” another agreed.
The Other RHOBH Cast Members Don’t Understand Dorit & Bozoma’s Friendship
BravoWhile fans are happy to see the new friendship, some of their co-stars don’t understand it. Speaking on the “RHOBH After Show,” co-star Garcelle Beauvais quipped, “I thought they were the last people that would be so tight.” Beauvais noted that Kemsley was “hogging the situation” which prevented the rest of the cast from getting to know Saint John. Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne agreed.
Saint John responded, “I think it’s a mixture of perhaps some jealousy that I would find any interest in Dorit, given that perhaps I’m not finding as much interest in them,” she said. “Additionally, I think there’s just a high dosage of hypocrisy. Because clearly, they understand the fact that people can become closer in a group because both Sutton and Garcelle are close.”
