As fans know, Phaedra Parks rejoined the cast of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” toward the end of this season. This came after a multi-year hiatus. During her time away from the series, she appeared on shows such as “The Traitors” and “Married to Medicine.” This also marked her on-screen reunion with Porsha Williams.
Phaedra Parks Says There are Shocking Revelations About the RHOA Season 16 cast
Phaedra Parks recently interviewed with Page Six and discussed the upcoming reunion for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” season 16. Notably, she was asked about the breakdown in the friendship between Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton and if there will be any resolution at the reunion.
In responding, Phaedra Parks teased, “Well, I’m always optimistic and I never say never, so we’ll have to see what happens. I mean, I think it’s a lot going on there.”
Phadra Parks continued, “The reunion is going to reveal some very shocking revelations. I think they might have some things to work through, but never say never because if someone’s truly your friend, you can survive anything.”
She then said what “has been going on behind the scenes” between the two longtime friends will come to light. It’s also worth noting that the trailer for the reunion shows Shamea and Porsha hashing out their issues in a somewhat heated fashion.
She Recently Revealed Her Political Aspirations
Phaedra Parks isn’t only a reality television star; she is also a noteworthy attorney who has represented the likes of singer Bobby Brown. According to Reality Tea, she recently opened up about her love of politics and how she wants to make her foray into that world.
Phaedra said, “My favorite thing is politics. I always thought I was going to be the insurance commissioner because Geico put me through undergrad and law school. So, I just knew I was going to be the insurance commissioner.”
Phaedra Parks continued, “Obviously, [being an insurance commissioner] didn’t happen. But I love politics. That’s why I love this show [The View]. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star then went on to say that she feels that she has a “duty to seek office.” She also said she wants to help the “most vulnerable.”
