“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein‘s ex-husband, Dr. Lenny Hochstein, announced he and Katharina Mazepa are engaged again.
On December 11, Hochstein took to his Instagram account to share the news with his fans. The first picture showed Hochstein getting down on one knee in front of Mazepa. The couple embraced in the following photo.
In the caption of the post, Hochstein referenced that he and Mazepa broke up in September 2024.
“Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realize what truly matters. After everything we’ve been through, I knew I would never let her go again. Here’s to a love that’s worth fighting for, stronger than ever, and a future we’ll build together. ❤️💍 @katharinanahlik,” wrote Hochstein.
Mazepa commented on Hochstein’s post, writing, “Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs. ❤️🏴☠️♾️.”
Several fans also took to the post’s comments section to congratulate the couple.
“Yes, good, congrats, you went through all that…its forever now…forever 💍✨,” wrote a commenter.
“Congratulations to both of you! Second time is the charm! 🙏🏼🥰,” added another.

Lenny Hochstein Announced He & Katharina Mazepa Had Broken up in September 2024
Us Weekly reported that Hochstein revealed he and Mazepa had split in a September 2024 statement.
“We recently ended our engagement. I have decided to move forward with my life,” stated Hochstein to Us Weekly.
He also stated that he had “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.”
“I am proud of her growth as a woman and will be forever grateful for the time we spent together,” continued Hochstein, as reported by Us Weekly.

Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein finalized their divorce in November 2024 as reported by People magazine. The former couple are parents to two children, Logan and Elle.
Us Weekly reported that Lenny Hochstein released a statement in May 2022, wherein he said he and Mazepa began their romance after he and his now ex-wife separated.
“It is true that I am seeing Katharina but none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced. This is a very difficult time and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us,” said Hochstein to Us Weekly in May 2022.
Lisa Hochstein & Jody Glidden Are in a Relationship
Lisa Hochstein has been in a relationship with Jody Glidden since August 2022. In a January 2024 interview with Us Weekly, Hochstein said while she enjoys her relationship, she does not know if she will get marry again following her 2022 separation.
“I just — I don’t know. Yes and no. I just don’t like all the bad stuff that comes along with divorce. We’re good right now,” said Hochstein.
