It’s no secret that things between Kyle Richards and Garcelle Beauvais have been icy since “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” wrapped season 14. And now that Beauvais has officially exited the Bravo franchise, fans are wondering whether the pair can ever reconcile. According to Richards, she’s tried—but hasn’t heard a word back.
In a recent Amazon Live session, Richards addressed the state of their friendship and admitted she’s still in the dark about what went wrong. Meanwhile, Beauvais seems focused on her next chapter—and maintaining ties with others in the Bravo world, like Andy Cohen.
Kyle Richards on Garcelle Beauvais: ‘I Don’t Even Know What I Did’
During a livestream this week, Richards got candid about her attempts to repair things with Garcelle Beauvais.
“She doesn’t… I honestly don’t know. I don’t even know what I did,” Richards shared. “So, whatever friendship I was happy about, I guess she didn’t feel the same way. That’s just how it is.”
Kyle’s comments echo what she told E! News back in April 2025. At the time, she said she had texted Garcelle twice without a response.
“It’s sad that she left, but I truly wish her the best,” Richards said. “I think she’ll always do well, so I’m not worried about what’s next for her.”
Beauvais officially announced her departure from “RHOBH” in March via Instagram:
“I’ve decided to leave Beverly Hills. It’s been a wild ride — some amazing things have happened, and some really tough things too — but it’s been a ride regardless.”
Richards insists there’s no bad blood on her end—but the lack of communication from Beauvais tells a different story.
Garcelle Beauvais Is Moving On—But Not Cutting Ties With Everyone
Since announcing her exit, Beauvais has shifted her focus to her family and career—and seems to be staying close to Bravo’s head honcho, Andy Cohen. In early June, she celebrated Cohen’s birthday with a sweet throwback photo on her Instagram Story. The picture showed the two posing at “Watch What Happens Live,” with Beauvais in a black lace dress and Cohen in a sharp pinstriped suit.
“Happy birthday,” she wrote over the photo, tagging him with a heart.
Cohen has been vocal in his support. When Beauvais shared her goodbye to “RHOBH,” he commented:
“An incredible run from an incredible human. BRAVO.”
He also opened up about her decision on “Radio Andy” in March:
“She let me get into where her head was at, and there was not only stuff with the show, but she’s got… the kids are entering their senior year,” he said.
“I really respect the fact that… it was one of the most real conversations that it ended where it ended — but I would say it ended with her saying, ‘I’ve got to choose kind of my life.’”
Although Beauvais has unfollowed Richards and a few other castmates on Instagram, her connection to Cohen and other Bravo insiders suggests she’s not walking away from the network entirely.
