Jackie Goldschneider said she’s ready to learn her fate on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
The Bravo alum spoke in a December 2024 interview with In Touch Weekly. Goldschneider admitted she knows “nothing” about the cast’s status on the show, which was put on “pause” after a volatile season 14. “You know what? The break has been nice, but I’m ready to know what’s going on,” Goldschneider shared with the outlet. “Yeah. You know, it’s just so I could either get excited or have closure. Either way. I’m fine. I just want to know.”
In addition to Goldscheider, the 14th season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” starred Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, and Rachel Fuda, and fellow “friend” Jennifer Fessler.
The Cast Divide Continues But There’s Some Crossover
During season 14, things were so bad among the divided cast that they filmed a finale wrap-up at Rails Steakhouse instead of a traditional reunion. The feuding groups were divided into two rooms, although Catania spent time in both rooms during the taping. Catania told DailyMail.com that she personally keeps in touch with “everyone” on the RHONJ cast. She also revealed that well before talk of a RHONJ cast reboot began, she warned her feuding castmates to dial it back. During an appearance on Jason Tartick’s “Trading Secrets” podcast that she advised her co-stars to “just ignore each other” if they couldn’t get along.
Goldschneider told In Touch she is able to keep things covered due to her friendship with Fessler. “So [Jennifer’s] close with Margaret and Dolores,” she explained. “I’m very close with Teresa. And I talk to Jennifer, and so the opposite sides we’ve had between the two of us, we got it all covered.”
Dolores Catania Thinks Fans Want the Whole Cast to Return
BravoThere have been rumors of a full reboot or a partial recast for the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Catania told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that she heard from fans that they want to see everyone come back for another season.
“Everybody wants us back, they really want us all back,” she said in early December. “That’s nice to hear but that’s not our decision, so we’ll wait to hear. We haven’t heard anything by the way,” she added.
Catania also predicted that fans would not “embrace” a full reboot of RHONJ.
The ladies will likely have to wait until after the holidays to find out where they stand. In August, a source told the Daily Mail the show is “on ice” for the forseeable future. “There are not going to be any decisions about what will or won’t happen with the show until early next year,” the insider said.
