RHONJ Personality Teases Information About Her New Bravo Show

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” personality Gia Giudice is teasing information about her upcoming Bravo series, “Making It In Manhattan.” 

While recording a November 2024 episode of her mother, Teresa Giudice’s podcast, “Turning The Tables,” Gia Giudice said she and her castmates “were filming over the summer” for the series. 

“I can’t give too many details but it was a super fun show to film. And I can’t wait for you guys to see it,” said Gia Giudice. 

Teresa Giudice interjected that she “was in a few episodes with Gia” on “Making It In Manhattan.” She said she found the situation amusing because Gia Giudice has appeared on RHONJ since its first season, which premiered in 2009.

“She was like, ‘Ma can you film with me today?’ It’s so funny because usually I’m asking her to film with me and now she’s asking me to film with her,” said Teresa Giudice. 

Gia Giudice agreed that “it was weird.” 

“It was like my mom is coming on my show, rather than me being on ‘Housewives.’ So the roles were reversed a little bit,” said Gia Giudice. 

BravoTV.com reported that a press release for “Making It In Manhattan” stated that the series will focus on individuals, some who are from famous families, “looking to thrive in the city that never sleeps.”

In a September 2024 “Turning The Tables” episode, Gia Giudice seemed to reference that some of her mother’s RHONJ co-stars did not appreciate her presence in the show’s most recent seasons. She said RHONJ stars who refer to her as a “kid,” “are very insecure and jealous” of her and Teresa Giudice’s dynamic. 

“They are jealous because they don’t have somebody like me on their side,” said Gia Giudice. 

She went on to say that she will always “have [her mother’s] back.”

“I do shut people down. Because I’m very quick and smart with my words. And I do know what to say in situations,” said Gia Giudice on her mother’s podcast. 

In an October 2022 In The Know interview, Gia Giudice discussed filming RHONJ since she was a child. She said she enjoyed the experience, especially since the show archived special moments with her late grandparents, Antonia Gorga and Giacinto Gorga.   

“Honestly, what I like the most about being on the show for 13 years is all the memories. ‘Cause there’s all these cute memories from growing up. From when I was little to my grandparents,” said Gia Giudice during the 2022 interview.
