Erika Jayne Wants to See More From 2 RHOBH Co-Stars

Erika Jayne thinks two of her co-stars on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” need to show more of their real lives on camera.

In a November 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight, the “Pretty Mess” singer claimed that  Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke don’t give enough of themselves on the Bravo reality show.

Erika, whose messy divorce from attorney Tom Girardi has played out on the show for several seasons, told the outlet that the same rules should apply to all of the cast members. “I feel as if I was able to lay it all out there, you should be able to as well,” she said. “Let me ask you this what haven’t I shown?” she added. “If you were going to compare what I have shown versus that lineup tell me who’s done more.”

Beauvais and Stracke both joined the cast of RHOBH in season 10 in 2020. Both women are divorced and have kids. While Beauvais joined the cast as a main cast member and filmed with her three sons from the jump, Stracke was demoted to a “friend” when her ex-husband Christian forbade her from having their kids on camera, she told the “Reality Life with Kate Casey” podcast. Stracke has since filmed with her two older children.

Speaking with ET, Erika said she still wanted to see more from Beauvais and Stracke. “I’d like for Sutton and Garcelle to reveal their lives,” Erika said. “I just feel as if, you know, nothing is as it appears.”

Erika was asked if she agreed with fans who think the two “perform what they think the viewer wants versus just living authentically on the show.”

“At times, yes,” she said.

Erika also clarified that she has a good relationship with Stracke and Beauvais. “We’re actually decent,” she said. “I mean we text back and forth, I’ve never had a better relationship with Sutton, with Garcelle as well. And I’ve actually said, you know, I would love to work on my relationship with both of them.”

Not all fans agreed with Erika’s assessment. In a Reddit thread, some fans pointed to deeply personal scenes that Beauvais filmed with her teen sons.

“Sutton can only show some of her kids, and Garcelle’s twins were harassed so badly they asked to not be on the show anymore. I’d say they’re doing well with what they’re able to show. Speaking of, we’ve never met Erika’s son, have we?” one Reddit user wrote.

“Garcelle also legit filmed a scene with her sons telling her that they don’t like living with her. Like what do they want a Pap smear?“ another cracked.

Lisa Rinna Said Sutton & Garcelle Need Would Have to ‘Work’ After She Left RHOBH

Erika isn’t the only RHOBH star who has questioned her co-stars’ on-camera transparency. Speaking with Interview magazine in January 2023, former co-star Lisa Rinna predicted Stracke and Beauvais would have a difficult time on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” amid her departure.

“I think Sutton and Garcelle are going to have a tough time, because they’re going to have to show up and work,” she said. “I did a lot of work. Because I’m a worker bee and I’ll just do it. I’ll say it. I don’t have any fear. If you’re so liked, you’re not going to want to do the work. So, who’s going to do the work over there? That’s my question. Who’s doing the work?”

“They just need to be who they really are,” Rinna added of Stracke and Beauvais. “They are that, but they just have to let go of this facade they created.”
