The season 7 premiere of “The Real Housewives of Miami” drops June 11, and one of the most surprising storylines involves Alexia Nepola and her now-ex-husband Todd Nepola. Though the couple finalized their divorce earlier this year, they’re still very much in each other’s lives—and fans are about to see how that unfolds on screen.

Alexia Nepola and Todd Finalize Divorce—But Stay Close

Alexia Nepola’s marriage to Todd Nepola is officially over, but their relationship isn’t. According to court records, the couple reached a confidential marital settlement agreement on March 17, 2024—nearly a year after Todd filed for divorce.

In an exclusive statement to People, Alexia confirmed the divorce, but revealed a twist: “While our marriage has legally ended, our relationship has not.” She added, “We continue to love and support each other as we navigate this next chapter.”

The RHOM star also thanked fans for their continued support, saying, “We appreciate the understanding, love, and support from our family, friends, and fans.”

The pair originally wed in December 2021 after postponing their wedding due to COVID-19. They entered into a prenuptial agreement addressing their finances just days before saying “I do.” But by April 2024, Todd shocked Alexia by filing for divorce, leaving her “shocked and heartbroken,” as she wrote on Instagram.

Still, Alexia continued to speak openly about the complicated dynamic with her ex. On the “Two T’s in a Pod” podcast, she confirmed that they were still in communication—and still physically involved. “Yes, of course,” she said when asked if they had hooked up since separating. “We’ve done it all. We love each other. We’re super into each other.”

Their Ongoing Romance Plays Out on RHOM Season 7

While the divorce was finalized behind closed doors, the emotional aftermath is playing out in front of the cameras. A source confirmed to Us Weekly that although Alexia and Todd are legally divorced, they are “still together” and now considered “boyfriend and girlfriend.”

“They’re very amicable and they’re still romantically involved,” the insider shared. “They’ve been seen out together and were just traveling together. They are figuring it out as they go along.”

And yes—it’s all covered in season 7 of “The Real Housewives of Miami.” In a sneak peek of the premiere, Marysol Patton confronts Alexia about seeing Todd again. “So, tell me what’s going on with Todd. Because you didn’t tell me you were seeing him,” she says. “I read about it in the press.”
