The Adorable Reason Jeremy Allen White Always Has Flowers

With his hit show “The Bear” entering its fourth season, as well as his Bruce Springsteen biopic “Deliver Me Nowhere” getting rave reviews, it’s not an exaggeration to say that Jeremy Allen White is very in demand right now.

While discussing his upcoming projects on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Fallon pulled out some photos of White to discuss, including billboards of White’s Calvin Klein ads. However, he then showed White and the audience a collage featuring various images of the “Shameless” actor carrying flowers. The reason may make his fans fall in love with him even more.

“You’re always carrying giant bouquets of flowers, everywhere you are, and I love it,” Fallon told White. “It’s your thing, it’s totally your thing, no one else can take this move. That is your move.”

“Do you work at a florist, or what…?” Fallon added, while White chuckled.

“I just like them, I like them in the house. I like giving them to people. I like — you know, I arrange them with my daughters on Sunday, and it’s like — it’s a nice thing that we do,” he explained, as sounds of “awww!” sprang up around the audience.

He told Fallon that there’s a “farmer’s market near my house. It’s on Sundays, and I just love, I love going there, and I love flowers in my house.”

White looked surprised that it had become such a thing, though. He told the “SNL” alum about recently running into someone who asked the same question.

“It’s so strange, though, it’s become this thing,” he continued. “I saw a friend a couple of weeks ago, I hadn’t seen in a while. And we were catching up, and she just goes, ‘Can I ask you something?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, of course. Like, what’s going on?’ She was like, ‘What’s up with the flowers?’ As if there was, like, something sinister going on. That I was, like, doing something strange with the flowers.”

White has two daughters with his estranged wife, Addison Timlin. Ezer Billie is six, and Dolores Wild is four. He is a doting father to his girls, and is often seen with them or mentioning them.

“They’ve started calling these Daddy’s trophy winner cups and they really like them, so they can hang onto them for me,” he told People after winning a SAG Award for “The Bear” in 2023.

After winning a Golden Globe for “The Bear” in 2024, he gave a special shoutout to his girls. “Ezer and Dolores, you are my heart. I love you. I love you. I love you,” he proclaimed.
