The tight end is spending his offseason at a sprawling $20 million mansion in Florida—complete with his closest confidantes, luxury cars, and top-tier amenities—and maybe Taylor Swift.

Travis Kelce Is Training in Luxury in Boca Raton

According to Daily Mail, since April, Kelce has been renting a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate in the exclusive Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton. Built in 2020 and last sold by realtor Jonathan Postma, the waterfront property is outfitted with every imaginable luxury: a resort-style pool with a waterfall, a private spa, a movie theater, a home gym, a wine room, and a full-service bar.

“Private access to a covered balcony provides mesmerizing island views,” reads a former listing via Realtor.com. The gourmet kitchen features dual porcelain-topped islands, Wolf appliances, and a 10-person dining area perfect for Kelce’s crew, which includes close friend Ross Travis and longtime personal chef Kumar Ferguson.

Ferguson, a childhood friend who has cooked for Kelce for nearly a decade, has reportedly been preparing high-protein meals with fresh seafood from Pop’s Fish Market, including shrimp, yellowfin tuna, and crab.

“This is the sanctuary,” an insider shared with the outlet, adding that Kelce has been training locally at Johnny O’s Gym under the guidance of strength and conditioning coach Andrew Spruill.

Kelce arrived in style, bringing along a fleet of vehicles, including a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Maybach SUV, and a Cadillac Escalade. The mansion is also equipped with 24/7 security, keeping distractions to a minimum as he prepares for what might be his final NFL season.

“Travis is keeping the noise out and putting in the work,” a source revealed. “If this is his final year in the NFL, he’s determined to go out on a high.”

Taylor and Travis Are Living the Quiet Life Together

While it’s unclear how much time Swift has spent at the Florida estate, the couple hasn’t exactly kept a low profile. Earlier this month, they were spotted enjoying a Mother’s Day brunch in Philadelphia with his mom Donna Kelce, brother Jason Kelce, and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce.

And now, fans believe Kelce confirmed what many suspected: he and Swift are living together. On the May 14 episode of his “New Heights” podcast, Kelce casually said, “We’ve got chimneys and we’ve got furniture,” which fans took as subtle confirmation of their shared home life.

Their living arrangement appears to be a blend of luxury and normalcy. Back in November 2023, Swift reportedly spent the holidays at Kelce’s $6 million estate in Kansas City. Since then, the couple has been spotted together sparingly, leading many to believe they’re enjoying a quieter chapter behind the scenes.

“They get their own workouts in together just as other young couples in love do,” a source told Daily Mail. “She finds him the most romantic man she has ever been with, and he is all about making her comfortable.”

The insider added that Swift loves her morning lattes and breakfast staples like yogurt and eggs—often made by Kelce, who’s learned to dial back his strength while giving her massages.
