Tom Cruise‘s daughter is all grown and gorgeous! Suri Cruise was all smiles Thursday afternoon as she visited her mom, Katie Holmes, on the outdoor set of her new film “Happy Hour” in New York City. Holmes is currently filming the project alongside her former “Dawson’s Creek” co-star Joshua Jackson, and Suri’s presence added a sweet family moment to the production day.
The 19-year-old looked proud to be by her mother’s side, soaking in the city’s summer energy near a local park as cameras rolled.
Adorable Mother-Daughter Style & Bond on Display
Suri, often dubbed her mother’s mini-me, looked effortlessly stylish. As per photos shared by Backgrid and Daily Mail, Suri looked elegant in a white tank top tucked into olive green cargo pants, paired with red sneakers and a brown crossbody purse. She appeared sun-kissed and relaxed, embracing her downtime before college resumes.
Holmes, meanwhile, wore a colorful dress layered over jeans with her hair swept up in a messy bun, clutching a script in hand as she juggled work & parenting with ease.
The moment captured the close mother-daughter dynamic they’ve shared for years, especially since Holmes was granted primary custody of Suri after her split from Tom Cruise in 2012.
Suri Prepares for Second Year at Carnegie Mellon University
This heartwarming visit comes just weeks before Suri returns to Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania, where she is set to begin her sophomore year.
The fall 2025 semester officially kicks off on August 25, according to the school’s registrar’s office. Suri started her freshman year at the prestigious institution last fall after graduating from New York’s famed LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.
She’s reportedly considering a focus on fashion, with a source telling the Daily Mail,
“She is a smart girl, and she is turning into a very intelligent mature young woman. She has a very close group of loyal friends, and she knows exactly where she comes from.”
