Celeb Couple Take Cabo Vacation After Suffering the Loss of Their Home

“The Hills” stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are taking some vacation time in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico after the devastating loss of their house during the California wildfires.

“My house burned down but thankfully @itsvegasdave has three i can stay at,” Pratt wrote in a March 13 Instagram post.

The carousel included pictures of him taking a selfie with a view of the ocean and another that showed a large deck with an infinity pool.

Another reel showed Pratt getting served burritos by a personal chef with what looked like one of his and Montag’s two kids walking in the background.

The former “Laguna Beach” star also shared snaps of her getaway and posted a reel of herself dancing to her song “America’s Sweetheart” while enjoying a cocktail. “Vacation mode,” she wrote.

A fan replied, “Enjoy you guys. You deserve it.”

Pratt & Montag Have Hope That They’ll Be Able to Rebuild Their Home

After losing their home to the wildfire early in January, Pratt and Montag’s friend set up a GoFundMe for the couple.

“Watching this live will haunt me forever. Definitely one of the worst feelings of my life. Watching all the hard work of the last 15 years go up in flames. I know people are like, ‘You’re rich, you will be fine’ (Yeah, I wish). Everything in our house was paid for by Heidi and I hustling any way we could,” Pratt was quoted as saying.

He continued, “I know everyone is like, ‘At least you have your family.’ Yes, I know, but we are starting at zero now. All of our family memories are just that now. No physical connection to any of our family’s life journey together.”

On March 8, things looked hopeful after Montag shared a shot of a hummingbird feeder outside of their ruined property and Pratt said he had seen two birds. “One step at a time. Praying we will be able to rebuild,” Montag wrote.

Montag’s Music Career is Flourishing After Losing Home

On January 10, Pratt helped bring in revenue to his family by encouraging fans on TikTok, “Please stream any of @heidimontag music on any platforms it will make a huge difference! Thank you.”

Pratt’s plea to the public worked and Montag’s album “Superficial” reached number one on iTunes, Billboard reported.

“Spencer’s really been able to rally the nation and the world behind us for our music, which has been such a blessing,” she told Entertainment Tonight on January 16.

Montag added, “It’s such a light in our darkest moment and it really gives us such hope that like, okay, we can rebuild and we can climb out of this and we have that love and support.”

Her music career continues to flourish, and on March 17, Montag announced on Instagram with her song “I’ll Do It (featuring Pitbull)” playing, “New music video coming soon!”
