Sofia Coppola made a rare and stylish appearance with daughters Romy and Cosima at Paris Fashion Week, turning heads at Chanel’s latest runway show. Coppola made a rare public appearance with her daughters, Romy, 18, and Cosima, 15, on Tuesday.

The trio attended the Chanel Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2025 show, each dressed in soft pastels and coordinating chic looks.

Coppola, 54, kept her outfit understated yet stylish in a gray T-shirt, white jeans, and an unbuttoned blue long-sleeve shirt. She paired it with two-tone heels.
Romy & Cosima Make Fashion Statements of Their Own
Romy, Coppola’s eldest, stood out in a powder blue dress, bold eyeliner, and layered necklaces.
Cosima looked equally stylish in a pink dress and matching jacket. The sisters’ coordinated pastel looks perfectly complemented the elegance of the Chanel event.

Romy shared a behind-the-scenes look at the day on Instagram, captioning a carousel of images, “Chanel day 2.” In the slideshow, she’s seen sipping coffee while getting glam — and later showing off her whole look.
Romy Is Already Embracing the Spotlight
Sofia Coppola has kept her daughters out of the spotlight. She and her husband, Thomas Mars, welcomed Romy in 2006 and Cosima in 2011. Recently, Romy has started stepping into the limelight.
She went viral in 2023 for a TikTok in which she joked about getting grounded after attempting to charter a helicopter with her dad’s credit card.

“I thought I would do this since I’m already grounded since my parents’ biggest rule is, like, I’m not allowed to have any public social media accounts,” Romy explained in the video. She also assured viewers, “This won’t make me famous.”
Five months later, Coppola addressed the viral moment in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, saying, “The best way for [Romy] to be rebellious was that video.” She added, “People discussing my parenting publicly is not what I would’ve hoped for.”
Romy recently released a song called “A-lister,” with her mom directing the accompanying music video. She also dipped her toes into acting, playing a reporter in her grandfather, Francis Ford Coppola’s film Megalopolis.
The family’s artistic legacy runs deep — Coppola, a Golden Globe winner and Oscar-winning director, has been married to musician Thomas Mars, 48, since 2011.
