USA Today reports:
British bookies put Alexandra as the favorite, ahead of Elizabeth and Victoria; and James as a favorite for a boy, with Alexander a distant second. Charlotte and Alice have been tossed out as highly possible. As has Phillip.
The Independent believes that Elizabeth and Henry are front-runners.
