Lola Sheen, the daughter of actor Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards, praised her dad on her mom’s new reality show.
Viewers got to see Lola in an episode of “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.” The reality show launched on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Denise Richards is an alum of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
“Sometimes I get super amped up when I’m talking to my mom and Sami, so I called my dad for a while, and he really helped me,” Lola said during the premiere, according to a recap by People Magazine. “He’s so good at helping my brain because he’s so logical.”
Lola Sheen Agreed That Her Dad Understands How Her Brain Works

According to People, a friend of Lola’s responded, “He understands how your brain works.”
Lola agreed this was true, responding, “He does!”
Lola, who has not been in the public eye as much as her sister Sami, due to Sami’s OnlyFans venture, also opened up about her religious faith, according to People, adding that Sami Sheen “cannot understand my way of thinking.”
“A lot of people say it’s surprising that I’m a woman of God,” Lola said, according to People. “I actually saw an article that said, ‘Lola an apple that fell far from the tree,’ or something.”
Lola Sheen Has Shared on Instagram How Her Religious Faith Saved Her From Depression
Lola Sheen is active on Instagram, and on January 22, she wrote a candid post about her life.
“When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day. I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever, and thought I would never genuinely laugh again,” she wrote.
“Until, I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus. I can’t really explain it other than it was supernatural, but Jesus met me exactly where I was, and He forever became my sun. I began to trust Jesus with my life, when He chose me when no one else did, and loved me when I didn’t feel worthy of love. He gave me a light, when I couldn’t find my own, and rescued me from the darkness,” she added.
“Jesus saved me from battling severe anxiety, and gave me a peace that makes no sense. I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried. Jesus fulfilled His promise of making me new, and completely renewed my mind,” continued Lola.
“Jesus is the only reason why I’m here today and made my life worth living. I chose to get baptized at the beginning of this year, because I made it through this year only by the strength of Jesus, and I am so happy to go into this next year, after publicly declaring Jesus as my Savior. I am forever saved by His Grace, through faith,” she wrote.
She also shared a People Magazine cover photo with her family.
