SEE INSIDE: $60 Million Mansion Jennifer Lopez Shared With Ben Affleck BEFORE & AFTER Major Renovations

The house formerly shared by ex spouses Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck exuded opulent elegance before it was transformed into a modern minimalist’s dream.

Built in 2000, the house was once listed for $39 million as a “French mansion in Beverly Hills” years before it was eventually purchased by Lopez and Affleck for $60.8 million in May 2023.

Zillow says the spacious abode, which sits on 5.2 acres, has 12 bedrooms and an astounding 24 baths.

The “On the Floor” singer and “Gone Girl” actor have been looking to offload the shared asset for the past year, according to People. The estate was listed for $68 million two months before former “American Idol” judge Lopez’s August 2024 divorce filing. After not finding a buyer, the pair slashed the price by a little over $8 million before taking the listing off the market in July 2025, per Hola!

The home, nicknamed “Crestview Manor,” is located at 2571 Wallingford Dr, Beverly Hills in the famous 90210 zip code.

After the extreme makeover the structure has undergone, it’s hard to believe the before and after shots are of the same house. Check out the jaw-dropping photos below and read on for details on the interior.

The Luxe Amenities of Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck’s Former Home

Realtor.com lists the luxurious perks of the home where Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage ended. The site says the comfortable crib features a canyon view from the property and a 12-car garage. There’s also a guest house and infinity pool. Tennis courts are available in the gated community.

People lists “a bar, sports lounge, fully-equipped gym, boxing ring and courts for basketball and pickleball” as more draws.

Fans Were Divided Over Drastic Renovations

The renovations received a love-hate response, with some fans cheering them while others heavily critiqued the overhaul.

In the Instagram comments of @housesofcelebs, one person complained, “They turned Marie Antoinette’s castle into a giant office space.”

Another said, “The exterior looked way better before. The interior is definitely an upgrade, though.”

Someone else joked, “Millenials strike again,” referencing the generation’s penchant for stark white interiors and sterile design.

However, other people loved the change. “Those pillar lights in the theater room are sick!” wrote one.

Another said, “So much better after renovations.”

It’s unclear how many of the changes were made by Lopez and Affleck, and how many already existed prior to their purchase of the home.
