Actor Jack Black is not only a talented actor but also a talented musician. At an LA Sparks-Tulsa Shock game at the Staples Center, Black performed “The Star Spangled Banner” to a very impressed crowd.
Earlier in the evening, Black hosted a reception and fundraiser benefiting the mission of the 24th Street Theatre Company in Los Angeles.
Black’s musicality is most famously recognized in his rock duo group Tenacious with Kyle Gass, but he has also appeared in such musicals as “Jesus Christ Superstar” as Judas and King Herod.
