‘Happy Gilmore 2’ Stacks the Course with Cameos [SPOILERS]

Nearly thirty years after Adam Sandler brought unlikely golf hero “Happy Gilmore” to life, he’s teeing up more laughs as “Happy Gilmore 2” drops on Netflix July 25.

“Happy Gilmore 2” is packed with cameos from big name athletes, so get out your scorecard and that tiny little pencil.

Here’s who you can expect to see over the course of the movie.

‘Happy Gilmore 2’ Tees Up a Shocker on the First Hole

**SPOILER ALERT** KEY PLOT POINTS FOR “HAPPY GILMORE 2” ARE REVEALED BELOW*

Adam Sandler, who wrote the new movie alongside writing partner Tim Herlihy (they co-wrote the first film) shanks a shocker right at fans just minutes into the new movie when it’s revealed that Happy suffered a tragedy a decade ago.

The pro golfer’s tee shot hit wife and former pro golf tour director Virginia (Julie Bowen) and killed her. That leaves Happy alone with their five kids- four hapless sons and one beautiful daughter who dreams of being a ballet dancer.

The tragedy tanks Happy, who trades his golf clubs for a job as a supermarket stock boy.

But his daughter’s acceptance into the very expensive Paris Opera Ballet School is a game changer, forcing Happy back onto the green.
