Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, is behind bars tonight after he got into a fight with Berry’s fiance, Olivier Martinez, during a custodial handoff of their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla. Apparently, the two started throwing punches after Martinez made the comment, “We have to move on,” which is possibly a reference to the custody battle that blocked Halle from moving to France with Nahla.
Aubry was arrested for investigation of battery and was released on a $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 13.
