The couple was photographed relaxing on the beach in Marbella that same weekend, with Longoria adjusting Bastón’s sling before sharing a kiss — a moment that quickly made headlines. Though the timing led some to question whether there was a rift between Longoria and Sánchez, sources confirmed there is no tension between the two women.

In fact, Longoria was one of the celebrity guests at Sánchez’s bachelorette party in Paris just weeks before the wedding. She appeared in photos alongside Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry and Kris Jenner, and even shared a moment holding hands with Sánchez during the celebration. While speaking to People at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, Longoria admitted she could only pop into the Paris festivities briefly but said, “It’s just the best feeling in the world to be there and go, ‘Yay, love’.”
