DMX Arrested for Violating Parole

Rapper DMX (a.k.a. Dark Man X, a.k.a. Earl Simmons) was arrested on Tuesday for violating his parole by using illegal drugs in Phoenix, Arizona, Reuters.com reports. Arresting officer Joe Arpaio said they’ve arrested the rapper five times before and that “we would hope that he is finally sent to prison.” Last year, DMX made a Gospel album before he went to jail. Maybe this time he’ll release an audiobook of Are You There God? It’s Me, Earl for the iPad.
