Who won the 2015 Miss Universe Pageant tonight? Was it Miss Colombia or Miss Philippines? Unfortunately, pageant host Steve Harvey made a major mistake and announced Miss Philippines as the first runner-up when she was actually the winner.

Both women needed interpreters to make them understand the mistake and Steve Harvey took full responsibility for his error. But, the damage was done. Miss Colombia had to relinquish the crown she held on her head for less than a minute and it was one of the most cringe-worthy moments in cable history.
The entire nation felt sorry for Harvey, Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines tonight.
