Conan O’Brien to Produce ‘Medical Sitcom’ for Fox

Deadline reports that Conan O’Brien, former host of the Tonight Show and current host of TBS’ Conan, is closing in on a deal with Fox to produce a “medical sitcom.”

There isn’t much information about the show yet but we do know that the show is going to be shot in a single-camera format and is written by Ben Wexler (Community, King of Queens, Still Standing and etc)

The sitcom is being produced by Conan’s production company, Conanco. The company is also currently working on a pilot for ABC called Super Fun Night, a comedy created by (and starring) Rebel Wilson.
